We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.
Digital Products (Game Keys, Downloads, Subscriptions):
Once a digital product is delivered via email or made available for download, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Orders for digital goods can only be canceled before delivery.
Physical Products (Merchandise, Game Accessories):

Once order confirmed your products will be delivered within 5 to 7 Business day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
